merci consoeur pour le partage;
effectivement, la torsion du cordon spermatique est une extrême urgence vue les séquelles fonctionnelle et par le suite psychologique quelle cause.
de diagnostic difficile vue sa symptomatologie non spécifique mais il faut toujours rester simple et dire que "mieux opéré une épididymite que laisser traîné une torsion".
